Shipping & Delivery
At Amielle.com, we ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Orders are shipped via standard shipping for a flat fee of $4.95. The estimated transit time for standard service is 2-8 business days.
Orders shipped within the contiguous United States, and that have an order total over $89, will receive free standard shipping. To be eligible for the free standard shipping, your cart total must be over $89 after any discounts are applied. Orders will ship within one business day. If you are shipping to a PO Box, or APO address please only select standard or priority shipping methods only, as express shipping service is not available for these addresses. We ship with Federal Express for our express shipping option.

Above are the estimated transit times. The Express option is the only guaranteed shipping option. Please remember, orders are shipped Monday through Friday. If you order over the weekend, or on a holiday, your order will be shipped the following business day.
Incorrect addresses: Please check your order for the accuracy of your shipping address. Incorrect addresses may result in a $10 address correction fee. This fee will be added to your credit card.

Returns & Replacements
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you need to process a return with us, please adhere to the below return policy.
Returns can be initiated by either contacting us through email at email@example.com with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return, or by calling 877-263-5350, Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm EST.
Please do not return any item to us until you get a return authorization number.
Please take note of the following return policies:
- All products that are being returned must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date of your order.
- The item must be un-opened and in the same condition as received. When returning a product back to us, please package the item(s) carefully so they will not be damaged in transit.
- If you ordered the incorrect product, or simply no longer need the product you purchased, you are responsible for the return freight.
- If we shipped you the wrong product, we will provide you a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse you for the shipping cost to return the item.
- If the product you received is not functioning properly or was damaged in transit, please call and speak to a customer service representative.
- We suggest that all returns are shipped to us with tracking as we are not responsible for packages until they are received at our facility.
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt at our facility.
- Your refund will be issued in the same manner in which the order was paid.
If there are any issues with your order due to an error by the ADW Diabetes team, it must be reported to our customer service department within 5 days of receipt of your order. You can report this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at 877-263-5350 Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm EST.
